Ways Your Donation Helps
💙 General Donation
Every child in foster care has unique needs. A general donation gives us the flexibility to meet those needs as they come up.
Your gift might help provide:
• Pajamas and clothing for a child who arrives with nothing
• Medical equipment like special car seats or cribs
• School uniforms for youth attending specialized programs
These donations allow us to respond quickly and compassionately to each child’s situation.
🏕️ Summer Camp & Recreation
Many of our children have never had the chance to experience summer camp or group activities.
With your help, they can enjoy:
• Art, music, and sports programs
• Team-building games and social learning
• A chance to feel included, confident, and free
Camp offers more than fun – it supports physical, emotional, and social development.
🎨 Artistic & Cultural Expression (ACE)
The ACE Program helps children express emotions and cope with past trauma through the arts.

• Theater, writing, and dance classes
• A safe space for healing and creativity
Through this program, many children discover hidden talents and new ways to grow.
🎒 Back to School Basics
School supply lists can be long – and costly.
Our Back to School program ensures each child receives:
• A new backpack
• Grade-level supplies like notebooks, pencils, crayons, calculators, and more
Your support helps kids start the school year prepared and confident.
🎄 Christmas
The holidays should be joyful for every child. With your help, we make sure each child receives at least one gift from their Christmas wish list.
You can:
• Sponsor a child directly
• Make a monetary gift, and our staff will do the shopping
No child should feel forgotten during the holidays.
🧸 Precious Cargo
Many children enter foster care with nothing but the clothes on their backs. The Precious Cargo program gives them:
- A duffle bag filled with hygiene items, school supplies, a stuffed animal, and a blanket
- Age-appropriate items grouped by age:
- Birth–2 years
- Ages 3–11
- Ages 12 and up
This small gesture helps a child feel safe and cared for from the moment they arrive.
