Part-Time Employment

Thank you for your interest in working with children and adolescents through part-time employment with the South Carolina Youth Advocate Program (SCYAP).  Part-time employment opportunities are available throughout the state in all of our Community-based Service programs.

We are seeking "Advocates" interested in providing youth and families experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges with the support and guidance to positively impact their lives. We employ individuals on a part-time basis who have a variety of educational backgrounds and experience – from high school diploma or GED to Bachelor’s Level to Master’s Level to Licensed Professional Counselor's.   Learn more about what services you are eligible to provide today!

All part-time employment is considered contingent, which means that employment with SCYAP is dependent upon a specific work assignment.  As a part-time employee, there is no explicit or implicit contract or agreement for ongoing employment with SCYAP.
