At SCYAP we wholeheartedly believe every child deserves to live with a loving family. Unfortunately, there are not enough foster families on a state or national scale to meet the need for the number of children who are in foster care to no fault of their own. For this reason, and for a number of reasons we did some research to provide a list of ten reasons why you should become a foster parent. Maybe one or more of these reasons have crossed your mind before, but you were unsure what step to take next. We are here to help you take that next step. You could be the home a child needs.
